PEACHES AND HERBS

1 oz Alley 6 Spiced Peach Liqueur
1/4 oz Green Chartreuse
1 oz Coconut Cream
1/2 oz Lime Juice
~2 oz Dry Cava
Combine all ingredients but cava in cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously for 10 seconds. Strain through tea strainer into highball class with crushed ice. Top with Cava and Garnish with lime wheel and mint sprig.
