BRANDY COBBLER
2 oz. Alley 6 Apple or Peach Brandy
1/2 simple syrup
2oz chilled Vinho Verde
A medley of fresh fruits
Combine brandy and simple syrup in a mixing glass. Add ice and stir to chill. Top with Vinho Verde and garnish with a selection of fruits such as lemon wheels, cherries, and strawberries.
Stir gently before drinking.
