Brandy Old-Fashioned
2oz Alley 6 Apple Brandy
Demerara or cane sugar cube
Bitter Housewife Barrel-Aged bitters
Orange bitters
Orange peel
Lemon peel
Place a sugar cube in the bottom of a rocks glass. Thoroughly soak it with barrel-aged bitters and crush with a muddler. Add brandy and a dash of orange bitters and stir to dissolve most of the sugar. Gently place a large ice cube in the glass and swirl. Express lemon and orange peels over the drink, then place them inside.
