Flowers & Chocolate

2 oz. Alley 6 Rye Whiskey

1 oz. Crème de Cacao

1/2 dropper Alley 6 Candy Cap Bitters

2-3 dashes rose water

Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice and stir to chill, then strain into a coupe. Garnish with a chocolate candy heart.
