Production: We take pride in our small-batch production approach, which allows us to focus on quality over quantity. We employ traditional distilling techniques to create premium spirits. Two impressive 250-gallon Alembic Copper pot stills tirelessly churn away, crafting the complex spirits that have become our hallmark. It's a labor of love that takes place entirely at our distillery in Healdsburg, Sonoma County, California. From mashing, fermenting, distilling, barreling, and bottling—every step happens under our watchful eyes. We are passionate about using quality ingredients, and it's a hands-on journey that allows us to pour our passion into every bottle, resulting in spirits with unique flavor profiles.

Rye Whiskey
86 PROOF (43% ABV)
Our Rye Whiskey is a true small-batch whiskey twice distilled in direct-fire, traditional copper alembic pot stills from a rye malt mash composed of 78% rye and 22% aromatic malted barley.
Single Malt Whiskey
86 PROOF (43% ABV)
Alley 6 Single Malt Whiskey is twice distilled in direct-fire, traditional copper alembic pot stills from 100% malted barley from Heidelberg Germany.
Harvest Gin
80 PROOF (40% ABV)
Our Harvest Gin is first distilled in direct-fire, traditional copper alembic pot stills in order to keep the wonderful aromas of the Viognier.
Barrel Gin
80 PROOF (40% ABV)
Alley 6 Barrel Harvest Gin is crafted in traditional alembic copper pot stills using traditional techniques. Once we have the base spirit, it is distilled one final time with the botanicals and rested in French Oak barrels.
Spiced Peach Liqueur

A full Summer in the making, our Spiced Peach Liqueur is a labor of love from the orchard to the bottle.
Candy Cap Bitters
86 PROOF (43% ABV)
Alley 6 86’d Candy Cap Bitters is composed of aromatic Candy Cap mushrooms foraged from the Sonoma Coast and a melody of baking spices that are extracted with our base rye spirit and finished in small oak barrels.
Our head distiller and co-founder, Jason Jorgensen, was 86’d from the bar industry due to residual prohibition laws in the state of California. Our line of 86’d Bitters is his ode to the industry.

Peach Brandy
86 PROOF (43% ABV)
Fallen peaches from Dry Creek Peach are collected, hand pitted, puréed, and fermented. Twice distilled in our copper alembic pot stills and aged for two years in French oak barrels.
Coffee Liqueur
60 PROOF (30% ABV)
Alley 6 Cold Brew Coffee Liqueur is a joint effort with a local Sonoma County favorite, Wolf Coffee. Wolf Coffee Organic Mocha Java blend is extracted by a cold brew technique and used as the base. Then it combines with our grape-based distillate, a touch of sugar, and rests on rye whiskey barrels.

We're proud to be a Certified Craft Distillery (DSP-CA-20064). That means we meet all the requirements of being an independently-owned distillery, with a maximum annual sales limit of 52,000 cases. It's just a fancy way of saying we're doing things right, and our spirits are the real deal!
