Peach Pisco Sour
2oz Pisco
3/4oz Alley 6 Spiced Peach Liqueur
3/4oz fresh lemon juice
Granulated sugar
Rim the edge of a coupe glass with a lemon wedge, then dip the edge of the glass in granulated sugar. Combine remaining ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake well until chilled (about 20 seconds) Double strain into the prepared glass and serve without garnish.
