Here's how to make the Chauncey at home:
3/4 oz. Alley 6 Harvest Gin
3/4 oz. Alley 6 Rye Whiskey
3/4 oz. Cognac
3/4 oz. Italian red vermouth
2 dashes orange bitters
Stir all ingredients with ice until well-chilled. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with a lemon or orange twist.
